This article explains how managers can review, approve, or reject employee timesheets in BiodeHUB, and how to generate and download timesheet reports for payroll or auditing.
Before you begin
You will need:
- Manager or Administrator permissions in BiodeHUB.
- Access to the Timesheets (Manager) section under Timesheet Management on the Home Page.
Review employee timesheets
From the Home Page, under Timesheet Management, select Timesheets (Manager).
Choose a Location to filter timesheets for that site.
Each location may include multiple teams or employees.
You can then:
- Select a specific person to view their timesheets, or
- Use the Date Range filter to view submitted, approved, or rejected timesheets.
To review a timesheet.
- Click the three-dot menu beside the timesheet entry.
- Select Review.
- The Review Screen displays each day’s recorded shifts.
To finalise a timesheet:
- Click Approve to confirm it, or
- Click Reject to send it back for correction.
When rejecting a timesheet:
- Enter a comment explaining the reason.
- Click Save to record your feedback.
Generate timesheet reports
From the Home Page, under Reports, select the Timesheet tile.
Enter a Date Range for the report.
Choose how to generate the report:
- People — individual users.
- Teams — grouped by department or work unit.
- Device Groups — grouped by assigned hardware.
- Biometric Devices — grouped by biometric attendance data.
Click Generate Report to display the results.
To download the report, click Download PDF or Download CSV from the top-right corner.
Additional Information
Rejected timesheets must be corrected and resubmitted by employees before approval.
Reports can be filtered by team, device group, or biometric source to support payroll reconciliation and auditing.
Only approved timesheets should be used for final payroll processing.
