Company
The Company Details page lets you manage key information about your organisation, including billing, contact, security, privacy, and geolocation preferences. Updates here apply across your company in BiodeHUB.
Fields
| Description |
Legal Name | The registered (official) name of your company. Read only. |
Display Name | The friendly name shown throughout BiodeHUB (e.g., dashboards and lists). |
Billing Address | The address used on invoices and billing correspondence. |
Contact Information
| Description |
Primary Contact Name | Main contact person for your organisation. |
Primary Contact Email | Email used for official communication and notifications. |
Primary Contact Phone | Direct phone number for the primary contact. |
Accounts Email | Where invoices and payment reminders are sent. |
Security
| Description |
Enable 2 Factor Authentication | Adds an extra security layer for users. After entering their password, users must complete a second verification step. |
Privacy
| Description |
Record Photo in Activity Records | Saves a captured photo alongside access/activity events for auditing. |
Geolocation
| Description |
Capture Geolocation | Records the location when users perform actions (e.g., clock in/out). |
Store Geolocation | Persists captured location data for reporting and audits. |
